BONUS CEILING ORDER WILL BE ENDORSED BY DEPARTMENT OF POSTS ON MONDAY

Bonus Ceiling has been revised and an order enhancing the ceiling from 2500/= to 3500/= for Postal Employees and also for alll CG Employees w.e.f. 1.4.2006 is released by the Ministry of Finance on 10/10/08. Accordingly the endorsement orders of the Department is likely to be issued on Monday dtd.13-04-2008

BONUS CEILLING ENHANCED FROM Rs. 2500 TO 3500/- P.M.

The Union Cabinet today gave its approval for payment of Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) equivalent to 73 days wages to the eligible non-gazetted railway employees for the financial year 2007-08. The Government also decided to enhance the wage ceiling from Rs. 2500/- to Rs.3500/- p.m. w.e.f. 1.4.2006 for payment of Productivity Linked Bonus to all eligible Government employees in addition to employees of the Railways.
