3) On our association reference about Violation of PROJECT ARROW programme , Department has called Reports from all CPMG's/ Circle heads. Copy of DTE letter is published here. Secretary General Shri. D. Thegarajan has issued letter to the Secretary(Posts) recently with refrence of the association for taking immidiate action in the issues presented by this association.
4) Secretary (Posts) agreed to post JAO to the DOT.

Expected D.A. & brief News-

1) 5 % D.A. is due wef 1 St July 2009 to the central Govt employees.
2) ACP orders expected at the end of July 2009.
3) Second instalment of 60 % 6th CPC arrears expected in first week of August 2009.

Reply received from the Department on Project Arrow reference-

Matter raised about violation of SB/SBCO procedure by the local authorities under the programe of project arrow proposals was taken up with the Directorate by this association with the references published in this blog. The reply received to the association from the Department vide reference No- 116 -19/09- SB from the Department of Posts ( F S Division) Dak bhavan dtd 6.7.2009 is produced here. After receiving reports from the head of the circles to the directorate action will be taken. This association has taken up this issue first.

ACP and GDS news-

ACP orders will be issued at the end of this month.
GDS proposal may be cleared by the Ministry of Finance shortly.
