1) GDS -Pay commission issue will be decided at any time.
2) Filling up of HSG -I posts by relaxing HSG-II service condition is under consideration.
3) Postmasters promotionms to willing officials- 30 %
Vide departmental proposal willing officials to work as postmasters thorugh staff having good CR's up to 30 % posts is under consideration. FNPO Federation has asked for details from the Department.
4) ACP scheme will be decided soon after receiving guide lines from DOPT. Shortly it will be decided within this week.
5) 6 % Dearness allowance wef 1.1.2009 announced by Hon'ble Shri. Chidambaram.

7) NUGDS affiliated union of GDS of FNPO federation announced as recognised association.
