It is hereby notified that the meeting of the CWC of Indian Postal SBCO Staff Association (All Office Bearers of Circles & AIC) will be held on 29th April 2009 (Wednesday)at the venue given below at Chennai. Shri. N. Kalinathan President of the Association will preside the meeting. Meeting is called vide Federation of National Postal Organization Secretary General Shri. D. Thegarajan’s Special circular & request vide letter No- Misc /09 dtd 2.2.2009 & FWC Notice No- 11/FWC dtd 17.3.2009

Venue- Nathella Sulochanamma Kalyanmandapam, No-4 Jawaharalal Neharu Street , Ring Road , Koyambedu , Chennai- 600107 (Tamilnadu)
Date -29th April 2009 ( Wednesday )Time - 10.00 A.M- 18.00 P.M.

The meeting will on the following Agenda.-

1) Organizational review circle wise.
2) Federation program/union program.
3) To discuss the problems / grievances of employees circle-wise.
4) Financial Position.
5) Recognition issue of union / membership verification process.
6) Kolkatta CAT Case / Hyderabad CAT case issue about UDC’s Seniority issue in TBOP/BCR & implementation thereof by the Department at par with PLI West Bengal circle
7) Any other item with permission of the chair.

NOTE- Shri. N.Sakkarai. ,Shri. S. Samanthan Circle Secretary& Circle Convener Tamilnadu Circle are addressed to hold CWC meetings of Tamilnadu circles or General body meetings at Chennai on the above date & venue so as to attend all SBCO staff in the meeting. Pay commission proposal, Audit proposal & proposal of Post bank of India , UDC’s Seniority issue considering Kolkatta & Hyderabad issue will be discussed. Considering the seriousness a large number of members are expected to attend at Chennai on above dates and venue.

Note- Accommodation to the CWC members will be make available from 28th April 2009 to 30th April 2009. On 30th April 2009 at 7.30 A.M. to 9.00 A.M. there will be Marriage ceremony of Daughter of Shri. D. Thegarajan , Secretary General FNPO at Chennai. Arrangements of CWC will be make available by him at Chennai.
