vide Department of posts Ref No- 13/04/2007-SR dated 17.4.2009 , verfication of membership is ordered by the Department. We have to submit in memership forms before 15.5.2009 to the DDO's (Sr.Pm/ PM). The formate can be down loaded from the Federation website- http://www.fnpo.org.in/ . only photostate /xerox copies of this form can be utilized. on this form the signature of Director (SR) is printed. Other than any form submitted will be invalid. In the blank place for name of the association , Indian Postal S.B.C.O. Staff Association must be written. CHQ will sent to all C/S & Convenors printed forms of name of association its photostate or xerox copies may be used only. considering the short time for submission you may down load the proforma from the Federation website given above. Keep warch on including our members in the proper list for submission to the Divisional heads & displayed lists on notice board by the DDO's on 27.5.2009 to 29.5.2009. Confirm the deduction of membership subscription from the salary in the Pay of June 2009 ( on 30.9.2009)
Keep in contact with local FNPO office bearers for this mission. Contact FNPO Class 3 & class 4 leaders for any problems. Also keep contact with the CHQ for any doubt & problem.
