CHQ appeals to all Circle Secretaries/ CHQ/Circle office bearers & SBCO units to collect maximum Donations from our Staff for CHQ at the time of arrears paynent of 60% CPC arrer payment. CHQ is facing hardship to run its activities. Considering the role of CHQ in 6th CPC & at Delhi level and present position it is necessary to unite & make ourselves strong to maintain our position at DTE level. CHQ is facing hardship financial to run its activities. So to prepare us for our survival CHQ needs to improve our financial position.
