Issues regarding MACP Implimentation :-
It is reported from the various circles the MACP implementation is delayed. where ordfers are issied sraff is not satisfied due to non considweation of maximum staff. issue of LDC/UDC/ LSG promotion , avarage bench mark is taken up with DTE & DOPT through fedartion. appeal to all to inform any irregularity in your circle so as to take it up with proper authority for clarification.
Verification Process :-
Verfication process for recognition is in process. Submit clear positiion to the CHQ . At present Recognition of NFPE & FNPO & all Recognized unions is Withdrawn by the Chennai High Court.Department has issued orders to all Circle heads on 19 th April 2010 to withdraw all facilities of all Associations up to 9th June 2010.

Dear Comrade Kulkarni - greetings - you could have confirmed with me as to whether the recognition of NFPE and FNPO federations have been withdrawn or not. Without verifying you have made a comment that the recognition of NFPE is withdrawn. This is incorrect information. NFPE continue to be a provisionally recognized Federation. The Injunction orders against the trade union facilities is restricted only to P3 unions of NFPE and FNPO as well as the IRM&ASRM association and not against the Federations. Even that Injunction is now removed following the dismissal of BPEF P3 Union's Writ Petition in the Honourable High Court of Madras.
